Privacy policy

Effective: July 2026

This policy covers the JumpStart Fed website. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to reply to you, we set no tracking cookies, and we do not share or sell anything you send us.

What we collect

What you send us

If you submit the contact form, we receive the fields you filled in: your name, work email, company, and message. If you sign up to be notified about the readiness snapshot, we receive your email address. That is the complete list of information this site asks you for.

Server logs

Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operations. We do not use them to profile visitors.

What we deliberately do not collect

  • No tracking cookies. Traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not fingerprint you or follow you across sites.
  • No advertising or social media pixels.
  • We never ask you to send Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) through this website, and you should not.

How we use it

  • Contact form submissions: to reply to you and, if you ask, to schedule a scoping call.
  • Snapshot signups: to send one notification email when the readiness snapshot launches.
  • Nothing else. No lists, no drip campaigns, no resale, no sharing with data brokers.

Third parties

Form submissions are delivered to us as email through our hosting provider's mail service. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers when a page loads; Google's privacy policy applies to those requests. Aggregate traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics; those measurements involve no cookies and no cross-site tracking, and Cloudflare processes them under its own privacy policy. There are no other third-party services on this site.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for working with you, and we delete snapshot signup addresses after the launch notification has served its purpose. You can ask us to delete anything you have sent at any time.

Your choices

To have your information corrected or deleted, send a note through the contact form and we will confirm when it is done.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. We will not quietly repurpose anything you sent under an earlier version.
